Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time, part-time, or contract School Psychologist position is available to support students and school teams across Virginia, including onsite opportunities statewide. This role involves conducting assessments, collaborating with educators and families, and contributing to positive academic and behavioral outcomes in K12 settings.
Location:
Falls Church, VA (with options throughout Virginia)
Responsibilities:
- Perform psycho educational evaluations and assessments for elementary, middle, and high school students
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making
- Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings to support student needs
- Provide consultation and guidance to teachers, staff, and families
- Assist with behavioral and mental health interventions
- Collaborate effectively with special education teams and multidisciplinary partners
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active Virginia School Psychologist license or certification
- Proficient assessment and report-writing abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within school environments
