This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for professionals skilled in Applied Behavior Analysis, special education, and behavioral interventions. Qualificationsand Desired
Experience:
- Active BCBA, Special Education Teacher certification, or RBT credentials
- Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD preferred
- Comfortable delivering one-on-one instruction and developing targeted behavior strategies
- Familiarity with school-based individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and administrators
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based instruction to 1st grade students in extended school year programming
- Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with administrative staff and school teams to support student success
- Provide ongoing communication with families and maintain thorough documentation
- Model and encourage positive behaviors and social skills in daily interactions
This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours each week, with the added benefit of working directly with administration and other professionals passionate about student growth. The setting allows for ongoing professional learning and direct support as you make an impact during the extended school year.
