• Must have relevant licensure or certification as a Special Education Teacher or one of the following:
  Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Prior experience supporting students with Autism and ADHD strongly preferred
• Familiarity with 1:1 instruction and behavioral intervention strategies
• Ability to collaborate with onsite administrators and educational teams

• Provide individualized instruction to 1st grade students in a one-on-one setting
• Implement and monitor behavior plans tailored to student needs
• Work closely with school staff and administration to ensure effective learning outcomes
