What You Will Gain From This Role Gain understanding of A/T manufacturing processes by partnering with Planning, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistic teams. Build supply chain knowledge and skill thru the job assignment. Acquire knowledge of the TI planning systems (SCS, SAP, SMS, ATSS, PPP, SDM) Train root cause analysis with logical thinking and systemically solution.

Cross functional partnership with MPO operations, IPO, Engineer team, MFG, IT, Procurement, and Worldwide TMG. Primary Responsibilities
• Coordinate production lot start according to capacity, customer requirements and WIP status.
• Build up and maintain device routing by process complexity and support flow change with conversion project.
• Review TITL AT Site Start Plan Attainment performance with root cause analysis and solid action identified. Drive start plan optimization.
• Piece part planning includes order scheduling, inventory control, constraint setup and co-working with stakeholders (suppliers, procurement, logistic team, planning team)
• Coordinate monthly models for TITL to ensure capacity can support business demands, including equipment, tooling and all related hardware.
• Work closely for near-term and future capacity constraints across multiple work groups (MFG, engineer, equipment, etc.).
• Prepare capex and handle capital related items, including asset transfer, submitting PR and tracking equipment delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

Preferred qualifications:

  • Able to work as the center of operation for a subcon factory, orchestrating a cross functional resident team (Planning, Quality, NPI, Test) to communicate issues and escalate technical support help needed to address issues affecting deliveries
  • Resourceful and collaborative – work seamlessly with BU and supporting organizations (logistics, WPL, Finance, MPO central planning etc.) to drive OF improvement.
  • Attention to details and accurate in numerical analysis. Able to use planning system/ tool/ report to model and reflect actual operation performance and drive improvement. Challenge the status-quo always.
  • Able to crystalize and prioritize improvement actions under complex situations and work with subcon and cross functional team to first address urgent needs and then follow up with longer-term corrective/preventive actions
  • Monitor and report progress consistently and update management regularly;
    Escalate for help when necessary.
  • Volunteer to lead cross regional initiatives in your area of expertise; help others and share freely.
