The Beyer Automotive Group is a family ran business, currently selling and servicing Volvo, Land Rover, Kia, Subaru, Mazda, and Volkswagen across greater Washington DC and Shenandoah Valley at five separate locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
- Calculate and process the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
- High Visibility Position:
Handle customer follow-up and complaints with integrity and poise - Verifies accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealership's computer system and closing paid tickets.
- Maintains accurate vehicle inventory.
- Filing daily
- Switchboard operating
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Computer Skills must be A+-proficiency in Excel and customer database interfaces.
- Superior customer service skills
- Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Dealership experience
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Professional personal appearance
