Fp&A Analyst

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and performance analysis in Falls Church, Virginia. This role will help guide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities by turning financial data into clear business insights. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, advanced Excel expertise, and experience partnering with accounting during monthly close activities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models that support planning, trend analysis, and business decision-making.

• Prepare budget-to-actual reporting and explain key variances through clear, data-driven analysis.

• Contribute to the annual budgeting process and assist with ongoing forecast updates throughout the year.

• Work closely with the accounting team during monthly close to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets that improve visibility into financial performance.

• Use advanced Excel capabilities, including VBA, to streamline analysis and enhance reporting efficiency.
