Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN (as-needed) home health position serving Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William Counties.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving activities of daily living and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home safety
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Communicate patient progress to supervising OT and care team

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Minimum 1–2 years experience (home health preferred)
• EMR experience (Well Sky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
  
  Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
