Overview of the Position
ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Clinical Quality Analyst to provide supportive services for our government client.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist with assessing and reporting healthcare quality in line with policy and regulations.
- Apply clinical measurement strategies, technical specifications, data analysis, and data presentation.
- Provide subject matter expertise, reports, and briefings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor network and facility staff.
- Support management of clinical measurements, evaluations, and related procedures.
- Guide participation in national quality registries and transparency initiatives.
- Use clinical measures to assess quality and safety, identify trends, and support quality improvement efforts.
- Maintain strong knowledge of clinical measurement methods and manage related activities.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a Tier (T1/T2) clearance/background investigation.
- Requires certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
- 10 years’ experience with clinical and administrative healthcare experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in clinical quality, clinical quality measurement, and quality improvement within a large healthcare system, corporate healthcare setting, or headquarters environment.
- Corporate, HQ or large medical system experienced.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with Military Health Systems/Defense Health Agency.
