Overview
Kastle is looking for a systems-minded marketer who ensures our website converts, our data is clean, and our leads move flawlessly from marketing to sales.
This role sits at the intersection of Hub Spot, Word Press, and CRM integration
. If you like building things that don’t break — and improving them constantly — this role is for you.
- Own Hub Spot configuration and governance
- Manage Word Press performance and conversion paths
- Maintain Hub Spot → Microsoft Dynamics integration
- Build lead routing, lifecycle stages, and SLAs
- Own attribution, dashboards, and funnel reporting
- Partner on CRO experiments and landing page optimization
- Deep Hub Spot experience (certifications a plus)
- Word Press hands‑on experience
- CRM integration experience
- Strong analytical and systems‑thinking mindset
