Veteran Hiring Preference POS 1. Program Manager (Advanced – IAM III)Lead program execution and serve as the primary liaison to Government stakeholders. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, financial stewardship, and team performance in support of a critical defense mission.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee contract operations and performance reporting
- Collaborate with Government leadership to align priorities
- Manage staffing, budgets, and program controls
- Lead monthly status reviews and reporting deliverables
- Implement best practices to improve mission outcomes
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, or business discipline
- 6+ years of leadership experience supporting DoD or federal programs
- Experience managing teams and complex operational requirements
Provide senior-level analytical expertise to improve IT services, operational performance, and modernization efforts.
What You’ll Do:- Apply analytical and research methodologies to solve complex challenges
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics
- Support IT modernization and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare executive-level reports and briefings
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- 8–12 years of relevant experience
Support data-driven decision-making and operational analysis within a structured DoD environment.
What You’ll Do:- Analyze operational data and develop reports
- Assist in compliance tracking and dashboard development
- Support project coordination and documentation
- Contribute to modernization initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 4–8 years of relevant experience
