Organic & Paid Growth Manager

Overview

We’re hiring a search-first growth marketer to capture high-intent demand and turn it into pipeline.

This role owns both
SEO and paid search
, working closely with content and conversion partners to ensure Kastle shows up when buyers are ready.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute SEO strategy (technical + content)
• Run high-intent paid search programs
• Own keyword and intent mapping
• Partner on landing pages and CRO
• Optimize for pipeline efficiency, not traffic volume

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B and B2C SEO experience
• Paid search experience with disciplined budgets
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills
• Comfort working with long sales cycles
