Service Now Implementation Specialist

Location: Arlington, VA

Description:

• Responsible for designing and configuring, customizing, and implementing Service Now to meet specific client business requirements. Work closely with Architects and Business Analysts to understand and document the business outcomes and functional requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solution designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Service Now solutions to align with the designed requirements and ensure solutions meet industry best practices.
  
  Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies. Assist architects in the integration of Service Now with other systems and applications to create seamless end-to- end processes.
  The Service Now Implementation Specialist is responsible for:
  Designing and configuring Service Now Product suites (HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, ITOM etc.). Guide developers in building custom new applications and corresponding Service processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience with the CMDB Implementation
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, Sec Ops etc.)
• Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Proven ability to set up Service Now using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
• Experience using with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5 technologies across several implementations and solutions development efforts.
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate Service Now with other IT systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analysis, problem- solving, and decision-making skills

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
