Location: Arlington, VA

Description:
- The Senior Service Now Administrator shall have 5 or more years of experience with Service Now and have earned Service Now Mainline CSA certifications, Citizen Developer Load, manipulate, and maintain data between Service Now and other systems.
- Participate in deployment of features and Service Now releases.
- Make recommendations and participate in implementing Service Now requirements.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management.
- 5+ years of demonstrated configurations, applications and integrations.
- Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test frameworks (includes best practices, guidelines, process, tooling).
- Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles applying automated CI/CD practices.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between Service Now and other off-premise cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, and between other on-premise FDIC systems. Micro certification in Integration Hub recommended.
