Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our stakeholders as a Project Manager. See the bigger picture on mission initiatives and grow within GDIT. Lead, manage, and support 2‑4 projects in the PMO, meeting the internal needs of General Dynamics line shops and functional areas.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage project budget, risk, schedule, and scope.
• Drive positive outcomes through facilitation and lead consensus‑building discussions with the project team.
• Utilize our methodology and gates to drive project success while meeting all governance policies.

• Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience: 8+ years of related experience managing IT projects via formal methodology.

  Skills:
  
  Experience with cross‑functional, matrixed teams; familiarity with Smartsheet (nice to have); strong facilitation, presentation, vendor and risk management skills.
• Other Requirements: US Person required; hybrid position 3 days per week onsite.
