Training and Support Specialist

Lerch, Early & Brewer seeks an experienced Application Training & Support Specialist to work on-site at our Bethesda, Maryland office.

Our firm, comprising approximately 75 attorneys and 80 professional staff, is seeking a highly skilled Application Training & Support Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in a law firm setting to support and enhance our users’ productivity and proficiency across critical business applications.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our firm’s technological capabilities and ensuring our team can work efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate possesses expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (including Teams and Copilot), iManage Document Management, Litera Compare, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Hot Docs and Big Hand Create will be considered a significant advantage.

Excellent customer service skills, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to clearly explain computer problems and their resolutions to individuals with varying levels of knowledge and experience are key.

This role involves designing and delivering training programs, onboarding new hires, developing concise reference materials, and supporting the adoption of technology across the firm. The successful candidate will combine strong communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach while contributing to strategic technology initiatives.

This role also provides technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and assisting with desktop and mobile applications in their day-to-day work. Other tasks include onboarding new hires, setting up user accounts and email, performing password resets, and deploying and maintaining computers.

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000, based on experience, with bonus opportunities.
