Associate Systems Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration technologies, cloud platforms and IT solutions design.

They will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow, efficient integration of business applications, data warehousing and analytics, and the overall optimization of IT services to support company goals.

• Cloud and on-prem infrastructure solutions (Azure and AWS), new deployments, technical project management, troubleshooting, and systems integration.
• Managing, optimizing, and modernizing IT infrastructure solutions, architecture, governance, operational processes, and tools, monitoring reports, and cost efficiencies.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions to meet business demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, developers, security, infrastructure) to ensure successful deployment of IT solutions and service management.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations for IT services improvements, focusing on scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Establish and provide for proper data backup systems and disaster recovery tests.
• Act as a technical project lead or project resource in IT-related projects.
• Seek out opportunities to contribute to the business’s success through proactive involvement in corporate and team initiatives.
• Design and implement integration solutions by leveraging existing tools and technologies.
• Develop and maintain integration points between internal and external systems to ensure seamless and secure data exchange.
• Configure and maintain data synchronization between enterprise systems, CRM tools, and other business applications.
• Develop required business intelligence reports in Power BI, data extraction, analytics, and SQL data warehousing setup and utilization.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements by collaborating with required stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience with a concentration in an IT-related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on and strong IT experience across Cloud Services (Azure and AWS), networking, Windows and Linux systems, VMware/vSphere, and popular IT hardware and software products.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration (AD/DNS/DHCP).
• 4+ years of experience in IT solutions, data integration, data analytics, warehousing, or related roles.
• 2+ years of cloud services administration experience.
• Technical project lead experience.
• Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Working experience with relational databases, microservices architectures and APIs.
• Experience with database management and optimization (SQL, No
