Knowesis is currently seeking an exceptional IT Human Capital Management Support role to assist in managing the IT workforce, focusing on military and civilian personnel support. This position involves supporting manpower planning, performance management, and other human capital-related activities within the DHA.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a Public Trust clearance and possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position’s security clearance requirements.
The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support military personnel management activities.
- Contribute to manpower planning and workforce development.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of manpower, performance management, workforce planning and human capital management.
- Required comprehensive understanding of the Army, Navy and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs and regulations governing those programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
