Associate Data Analyst

Job Summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Data Analyst with U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance. The role will leverage data analysis, business intelligence, and advanced analytics to provide insights that support decision‑making across the organization. This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Arlington, VA.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis techniques.
• Experience in business intelligence tools and methodologies (minimum 1 year).
• Strong reporting and data visualization skills using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis roles.
• At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence, including dashboard/report creation and data‑driven decision support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of leveraging data‑driven insights to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Experience in developing and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards.

• Adept at using advanced analytics tools and techniques to solve business problems.
• Experience with data governance and ensuring data integrity.

• Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Clear and concise presentation of data findings and business insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports.

Work Location:

On‑site, Arlington, VA. Candidates are expected to be on‑site multiple days per week.

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $76,700 – $142,500.
