* Prior experience as an ISSO or working within RMF/CMMC frameworks

* Experience automating STIG and/or NIST compliance via scripting or Ansible

* Experience managing GPU-accelerated clusters and high-speed data storage (Ceph/Gluster)
* * Monitoring:
* Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK stack for system health and security auditing
