We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our firm’s success by providing essential support to our attorneys in all aspects of litigation. You will play an integral role in managing and organizing case files, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing for trials.
This role requires a deep understanding of legal procedures, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Any knowledge of Franchise Law is a huge plus!

Responsibilities
Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.Conducting extensive legal research to assist attorneys in case preparation.Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing a large volume of complex legal documents.Assisting in trial preparation by preparing trial exhibits, charts, and chronologies.Coordinating the collection, review, and production of documents in response to discovery requests.Ensuring legal compliance in all aspects of litigation and franchise law.Providing support in court proceedings including note‑taking and handling exhibits.Maintaining accurate case management systems and updating litigation files.Liaising with clients, witnesses, and court officials in a professional manner.Qualifications
A minimum of five years of experience as a litigation paralegal.A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA‑approved program or an equivalent qualification.Extensive experience in legal writing, document review, legal research, legal compliance, trial preparation, and drafting pleadings.A strong understanding of franchise law.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.If you are a motivated self‑starter with a passion for litigation and a desire to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment, we would love to hear from you.
