Position

Shift Supervisor (full‑time and part‑time) – Inova Fairfax Hospital, 3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA 22042. Applications accepted only online.

Full‑time and part‑time schedules: 6:00 am–2:00 pm and 12:30 pm–8:30 pm; days may vary.

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.

• Pay range: $20.00–$20.50 per hour.
• $750 sign‑on bonus ($375 at 90 days, $375 at 180 days).

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure standards.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
