Responsibilities
- Lead and execute procurement activities across the Classified/Restricted team
- Manage end-to-end sourcing events
- Develop and issue RFQs/RFPs
- Perform competitive, supplier, and cost analyses
- Support strategic sourcing activities and contract negotiations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements
- Assess supplier capabilities and analyze cost drivers
- Recommend sourcing strategies supporting program objectives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the sourcing lifecycle
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordinate supplier meetings
- Drive issue resolution and support early-stage supplier engagement
- Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance workflows
- Contribute to procurement tools, templates, and best practices updates
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field; 4 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree
- 4+ years of related experience
- Government procurement experience highly desired; relevant experience in business, supply chain, operations, government contracting, or procurement-adjacent fields accepted
- Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company
- Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data
- Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented; works quickly and efficiently and learns quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process
- US Person required
- Procurement, purchasing processes, Request for Quotation (RFQ), and sourcing and procurement skills
Demonstrates expertise in procurement activities, including end-to-end sourcing, RFQ/RFP development, and strategic sourcing. Proficient in supplier analysis, contract negotiations, and compliance with procurement policies.
