Service Advisor - We are seeking a knowledgeable, responsible and communicative Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping detailed records of work performed and stay current with the latest automotive technology and industry standards. This position requires both working independently and contributing to overall team goals.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, provide cost estimates, and address inquiries
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all services performed and repairs made
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and continuously enhance your skills through training

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
