TRAINING SR MANAGER

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Training Sr Manager, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Centers of Medicaid and Medicare Services. You will play a crucial role in raising program integrity performance standards and professionalism.

Lead a team of training and event support staff

Collaborate with Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) partners, Medicaid Agencies, and subject matter experts

Drive program integrity performance standards and professionalism

Utilize training platforms and video editing software

Develops and administers schedule, performance requirements

Identifies training needs and priorities by working with business leaders and critical stakeholders

Designs team strategy and strategy for execution

Leads stakeholder engagement

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bring your training expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Training Sr Manager must have:

Education:

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Experience:

5+ years of related experience

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to management level staff

Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Role requirements:

The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
