We are seeking a hands‑on, motivated Car Wash Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Positions are available at various levels of experience. • Team Leadership:
  Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees to maintain high performance and morale.
• Customer Service Excellence:
  Foster a culture of friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Operations Management:
  Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, including opening/closing procedures, safety protocols, and compliance with company standards.
• Training & Development:
  Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff to ensure knowledge of POS systems, car wash operations, and company policies.
• Facility Maintenance:
  Ensure the tunnel, vacuum area, customer spaces, and backrooms are always clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
• Administrative Oversight:
  Complete reports, scheduling, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Safety & Standards:
  Maintain a safe workplace and uphold company policies, holding regular meetings to align staff on expectations and goals.

** Must be willing to work outside during all seasons. **

• Experience:
  
  2+ years in management or supervisory roles (car wash, automotive, retail, or service industry preferred).
• Skills:
  
  Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Technical:
  Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of computer systems/POS software.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Personal Attributes:
  Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to motivate and inspire others.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and maneuver throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to safely move over wet, uneven, or slippery surfaces and in confined spaces
• Alert and able to work safely around moving vehicles and equipment
