This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role based in Falls Church, VA. Preference for "Autonomous" Virginia active license and over five years of clinical experience.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive adult primary and internal medicine care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-person visits, performing detailed histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and documenting care in the electronic medical record. The role also includes participation in chronic care management programs, telehealth follow-ups as needed, and support of services related to wellness, metabolic and women’s health as well as preventive care.

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia; national certification (e.g., ANCC or AANP) in Adult, Family, or related specialty. "Autonomous" license to practice in Virginia.
• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing Practice).
• Clinical experience in adult primary care, internal medicine, or a related outpatient setting; experience with chronic disease management is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in performing comprehensive histories and physical exams, ordering and interpreting labs and imaging, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Comfort managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, obesity and metabolic syndromes and other common adult health issues.
• Experience or strong interest in telehealth, remote monitoring, and technology-enabled care delivery.
• Ability to provide care related to wellness, preventive medicine, women and sexual health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to personable, culturally sensitive, and accessible patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with practice staff and consultants.
