RN Charge Nurse; Evening Shift

Goodwin Living is a non‑profit senior‑living and healthcare organization based in Alexandria, Virginia. This role supports the well‑being of older adults and their caregivers.

Combination of Day (7 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and Evening (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) shifts. Every other weekend required.

Falls Church, VA

Competitive pay for RNs ranging from $46.50 to $48 per hour plus shift differentials.

• Responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.
• Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other health team members.
• Provides direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.
• Develops short‑ and long‑term goals and care plans for residents.

• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or a compact state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
