Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU Float Pool. This full-time day-shift role offers flexible hours (6AM-6PM, 7AM-7PM, 9AM-9PM or 10AM-10PM) to support patient care in a high-acuity setting.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, plan care, advocate for patients and families, document activities, and mentor teammates.
Required:
BSN, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, 2+ years of critical care experience, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS.
