Our mission is to help individuals overcome substance use and mental health challenges while empowering them to build healthier, more fulfilling lives. We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality medical and psychiatric services within our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs.

This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about integrated care and enjoys working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment environment. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive medical and/or psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing patient care for individuals receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role may include withdrawal management (detoxification) services, management of acute and chronic medical conditions, and collaboration with clinical and medical teams to support positive treatment outcomes.
