Supervise and assist to manage up to 15 associates in the Meat/Seafood Department;
Assist the Meat/Seafood Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in appraising performance;
Reward and discipline associates; address complaints and resolve problems;
Ensure compliance with Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws while performing department duties
