JETSET Pilates is seeking a proactive Studio Lead to join our boutique studio in Falls Church, VA. You will greet clients, manage check-ins, process sales, and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.
Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining the front desk, and supporting instructors with opening/closing duties. You'll work morning, evening, and weekend shifts and use the AXLE CRM for sales and client communication.
