What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in restaurant, retail, and service industries
  • Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
  • Deliver value-based presentations to demonstrate how Genius® can streamline operations and enhance customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with District Manager to identify sales opportunities and close sales efficiently
  • Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in Atlas and Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
  • Must reside within the geographic area of the posting
  • Strong ability to consult and provide solutions to clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the fintech industry or familiarity with payment technologies
  • Strong networking skills and existing relationships within the target market
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
