- Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in restaurant, retail, and service industries
- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
- Deliver value-based presentations to demonstrate how Genius® can streamline operations and enhance customer loyalty
- Collaborate with District Manager to identify sales opportunities and close sales efficiently
- Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in Atlas and Salesforce
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Must reside within the geographic area of the posting
- Strong ability to consult and provide solutions to clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the fintech industry or familiarity with payment technologies
- Strong networking skills and existing relationships within the target market
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
