The Opportunity:As a Certified Sales Arborist with RTEC, you'll embark on a journey that merges your sales skills with a deep appreciation for nature. You will:
- Engage with clients to evaluate their arboricultural needs, providing expert advice on sustainable tree care.
- Develop detailed proposals that outline best practices in tree health and safety.
- Drive the sales process and foster long‑term client relationships.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure project excellence from conception to completion.
- Explore new avenues for lead generation, contributing to our company's growth and your professional development.
- Be part of a knowledgeable office team and the experience the latest in arboricultural technology.

ISA Certified Arborist (preferred, however, we will invest in you obtaining the certification!)
- 1-2 years of experience in arboriculture or a related field (a plus!)
- Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate technical information clearly
- Sales experience:
Proven track record in relational sales - Results-driven, competitive individual
- Team player that collaborates and promotes a positive and inclusive culture
- Proficient in technology
