Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, and policy violations and assist with access control and crowd management;
Support retail operations by assisting with directional information and de-escalating customer concerns
