Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, assistance calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that could help to deter unauthorized access.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support a professional environment while following post orders and assigned protocols.;
Assist with de-escalation support, direction-giving, and other routine security-related duties as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
