Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, building exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with community policies, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
