As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Incident Reporting in Falls Church, VA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, access-control procedures, and reporting of unauthorized entry attempts or other security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal supervision and site representatives regarding incidents, patrol observations, and shift activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
