Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and at least 10 years of progressive experience in telecommunications or contact center platforms. Candidates must hold at least two relevant certifications such as CCENT, CCNP, ACSS, ACIS, or Avaya ACSS.
