• Remove dust or debris from surfaces to be painted.
• Fill minor cracks and holes, sand, and apply primer if needed.
• Cover floors and non-painted surfaces and fixtures as needed.
• Remove or tape over light switch and outlet covers.

• Apply paint evenly to painted surfaces (brush and roll, some spray may be required)
• Use brushes and rollers.
• Use ladders safely and based on manufacturer's direction.
• Properly ventilate work area while performing work.

• Remove all materials used to prepare and protect non-painted surfaces.
• Remove all new paint material that ran over onto non-painted surfaces.
• Leave work area clean with no debris.

Other duties as assigned
