Installation Management Manager

HVAC Residential Installation Manager | Falls Church, VA  Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year plus performance bonus

Serving Falls Church, VA since 1960,  Richards Heating & Air Conditioning Co.  is looking for an experienced  HVAC Install Manager  to lead our residential installation team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive  team performance, installation quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and safety  while helping skilled technicians grow and succeed.
We’re looking for an HVAC installation expert who leads by example, holds high standards, and knows how to turn technical expertise into great results. You’ll balance people leadership, customer service, quality, and operational performance to keep every project running safely and efficiently. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives

~ Direct daily installation operations using Service Titan for scheduling, dispatching, and job costing.
Monitor team efficiency, labor hours, and installation quality.
Lead regular team meetings on performance, safety, and skills.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to standard.
Partner with the Install Supervisor to perform quality audits and job site visits.
Review upcoming jobs to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment preparation.
Collaborate with company management to ensure effective communication throughout the company departments.
Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.

Safety performance
5+ years of HVAC installation or field experience
~ Previous HVAC leadership, supervisory or management experience along with Service Titan experience strongly preferred.
~ Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices and equipment.
~ Ability to read installation specifications, job scopes, and equipment requirements.
~ Ability to work effectively across sales, service, operations, and administrative teams.
~ Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local jobsites as needed.
