We are seeking a  Developer with strong cloud experience to design, build, modernize and support modern applications in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate is proficient  Core/.NET 8, C#, and cloud-native architectures, with hands-on experience integrating Azure services such as App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure OpenAI and AI Foundry, and Git Hub Copilot for Developers. The contractor will work with County staff to modernize  applications and implement AI-powered solutions.

Technical

Skills:

• Expert in C#, ASP.NET Core, and cloud-native development
• Strong experience with Azure services, microservices, API security and Microsoft Entra /B2C authentication
• Experience  Framework/Web Forms applications to .NET 8 or cloud native architectures
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and Git Hub Copilot
• Proficient with Git Hub or Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD, and containerization
• Solid understanding of SQL, Cosmos DB, and modern UI frameworks (Blazor/React/Angular)
