As a Generative AI Specialist, you will:

• Innovate with AI:
  Identify opportunities for GenAI to provide business insights or enhance operational processes.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
  Work with product designers, developers, and engineers to integrate large language models (LLMs) and GenAI with web applications.
• Research & Develop:
  Explore machine learning algorithms to propose solutions meeting business needs.
• Deploy Scalable Solutions:
  Design systems that connect to data sources and deploy via APIs or web services.
• Adopt Dev Sec Ops  Principles:
  Ensure continuous, high-quality software delivery.
• Utilize Containerization:
  Develop and deploy containerized models using Docker.
• Enhance User
  
  Experience:
  
  Collaborate with UX/UI designers and front-end developers to optimize model output delivery.
• Engage Stakeholders:
  Provide technical explanations and support to customer stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related field. Graduate students highly preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of Python development experience.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with machine learning mathematics and data structures.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, Git, and agile development.
  • Ability to propose solutions to complex challenges and communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance.

• Advanced Education: Graduate degree in a related technical discipline.
• Software Development: Experience with industry best practices, tools (Git Lab, Docker), and automated deployments.
• Web Development: Knowledge of frameworks such as Angular, React, Ember, Node.js, or Express.js.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Containerization: Desire to deepen expertise in technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or Amazon ECS/EKS.
• LLM Expertise: Experience with large language models, embedding models, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
• Government Experience: Understanding of DOD software development processes and technologies.
