Tow Truck Driver; Wheel Lift​/Flatbed

Job Title: Tow Truck Driver (Wheel Lift / Flatbed)

Employment Type: Full-Time | $65K to $95K+/yr | Nights and weekends as scheduled

• Run wheel‑lift and flatbed trucks on roadside calls, accident scenes, and recoveries
• Respond to emergency service requests and police‑directed tows across the DC metro
• Load and secure vehicles to prevent damage during transit
• Represent Henry's professionally to motorists in distress
• Maintain accurate logs and coordinate with dispatch on each assignment
• Perform basic diagnostics and keep truck inspections current
• Adhere to all DOT, traffic, and company safety standards

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card (or willingness to obtain one)
• TWIC Card and DCJS registration (or willingness to obtain them)
• Experience with tow or flatbed operations (preferred, not required)
• Comfort with manual and automatic transmissions
• Strong customer service instincts and professional attitude
• Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
• Basic mechanical knowledge (a plus)
