Silvi Materials seeks a Leadership Development Program Trainee to rotate through our Ready Mix Concrete plants, rock quarry, sand mine, and import terminal in the Southeast PA region. You will receive cross-functional training to prepare for a management role.
The program includes 3-4 month rotations, exposure to production, logistics, quality, safety, and administrative duties, with pathways into leadership and growth at Silvi Materials. Strong benefits are offered.
