Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands‑on Industrial Hygienist to support workplace health and safety across our processing operations. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to identify, evaluate, and control occupational health risks while strengthening a proactive safety culture in a dynamic plant environment.

What You Will Do- Lead air quality, noise, chemical, dust, and ergonomic monitoring programs
- Conduct exposure assessments and recommend engineering, administrative, and PPE controls
- Evaluate ventilation and air handling systems to improve workplace conditions
- Support respiratory protection, chemical hygiene, and hearing conservation programs
- Track exposure data, analyze trends, and provide clear recommendations to leadership
- Deliver training that strengthens safe work practices across departments
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and EHS to ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with external consultants, laboratories, and regulatory agencies as needed
- Support medical surveillance and other occupational health initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental or Occupational Health, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- CIH certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Three or more years of experience in manufacturing, recycling, chemical processing, or similar industrial environments
- Working knowledge of OSHA, NIOSH, ACGIH, and EPA standards
- Experience with industrial hygiene sampling equipment and data interpretation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a plant environment
- Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills
