Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands-on Thermal Reduction Manager to lead thermal processing operations within our precious metals refining facility. This role partners closely with operations, maintenance, and environmental teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient thermal reduction and incineration processes while strengthening operational performance in a dynamic plant environment.

- Lead daily thermal reduction and incineration operations to ensure safe and efficient processing
- Supervise and support production teams while promoting a strong safety culture
- Monitor operational performance, throughput, and equipment reliability
- Coordinate maintenance activities, outages, and equipment improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations
- Analyze process performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain production documentation, operational records, and reporting metrics
- Partner with maintenance, environmental, and safety teams to support operational goals
- Support training and development of operators and supervisors
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Five or more years of experience in thermal processing, incineration, metals refining, or similar industrial environments
- Prior leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations
- Strong understanding of industrial safety and environmental compliance
- Experience managing high-temperature processing equipment and operations preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a plant environment
- Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills
