Silvi Materials is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician II to join our on-site IT team in Fairless Hills, PA. You will provide on-premise helpdesk support for Windows/macOS, network devices, and office peripherals across regional Silvi locations.
Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree in IT, CompTIA A+, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel to remote sites may be required.
