Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a safety-focused and dependable Milling Operator to support operations within the Mechanical Reduction Department at our global precious metals refining and recycling facility. This hands‑on role supports material processing activities including milling, sifting, grinding, and particle size reduction while ensuring all production, environmental, quality, and safety standards are consistently met in a heavy industrial environment.

What You Will Do- Operate milling and material processing equipment within the Mechanical Reduction Department
- Perform milling, sifting, grinding, and particle size reduction activities
- Identify, sort, and process non-ferrous materials and metals
- Support quality control and production tracking activities
- Monitor equipment during operation and identify irregularities or operational concerns
- Maintain accurate production and operational records
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with procedures
- Work safely in a heavy industrial environment while wearing required PPE, including Tyvek suits and supplied air equipment
- Follow production schedules and support operational targets
- Assist with general housekeeping and operational support activities as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in machine operation, milling, recycling, construction, cement mixing, ceramics, or similar industrial environments strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a hot, heavy industrial environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Strong attention to safety and adherence to operating procedures
- Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access
- Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods, including Tyvek suits with supplied air
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around industrial equipment for extended periods
- Ability to work in conditions involving heat, noise, dirt, odors, and industrial materials
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite in Fairless Hills
