Want to build floor-based Quality from day one at a brand-new sterile operation?

This is a rare chance to step into a high-visibility QA leadership role at a sterile, aseptic pharmaceutical site still in pre-production. Instead of inheriting old systems, you’ll help shape how Quality runs on the floor as the facility ramps up.

You’ll be the key QA leader in manufacturing - taking responsibility for quality associates on the floor, helping hire and train new team members, and setting the standards for GMP and aseptic quality as production begins. There’s currently no dedicated QA floor leadership, so your impact will be immediate.

The site focuses on sterile products and needs someone who understands the pace and precision of aseptic manufacturing. Backgrounds in vaccines, aseptic fill-finish biologics, sterile combination products, or cell and gene therapy will transfer well.

• Lead QA presence on the manufacturing floor in a sterile environment
• Oversee and develop floor-based QA associates
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of the quality team
• Partner with Manufacturing to embed strong GMP and aseptic standards

• QA experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Direct floor-based quality oversight in aseptic or sterile operations
• Experience with vaccines, aseptic fill-finish biologics, sterile combination products, or cell and gene therapy
• Comfortable in a start-up or pre-production environment
